Type of grape:Merlot

Character:

A superbly clear wine with a wonderful gloss. Its intense multilayer aroma with a broad ripe fruit base is rich in spicy overtones and well-integrated oak. The taste is balanced, homogenous, with a
pleasant lingering aftertaste.

Serving Suggestion:

Drink with beefsteak on a bed of sweet and sour cabbage, pork tenderloin with dried fruits, lamb leg with zucchini and carrots, ginger swordfish steak.

Serving temperature: 18-20 degrees Centigrade

Type of grape: Cabernet Sauvignon

Character:

A wine with intense vibrant and sparkling colour. Its dense clear and rich aroma is typical for this grape variety and it has a pleasant touch of oak. The taste is soft, smooth and long-lingering, impressing with freshness, style and nobility.

Serving Suggestion:

Enjoy with fois gras and balsamic cherries, almonds, beef tenderloin, tuna carpaccio.

Serving temperature: 18-20 degrees Centigrade

Character:

A superb glossy wine with dense colour. The well-balanced oak enhances the intense aroma of wild berries and herbs. The taste leaves a long-lasting impression of freshness.

Serving Suggestion:

Drink with ham and pineapple, duck breasts with pears, doe fillet with wild berry fruit cocktail (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries), goat cheese with aged balsamic vinegar.

Serving temperature: 18-20 degrees Centigrade

Character:

A crystal clear wine with a sparkling straw yellow colour and a slight greenish shade. Its full and quite robust flowery aroma contains the typical Muscat fragrance and herbal and floral scents. It has a crispy, fine and well-balanced taste with excellent density and smoothness. The finish is impressive and longlingering.

Serving Suggestion:

Enjoy with fluke fillet, goldfish, crabs, turbot, rabbit fillet.

Serving temperature: 8-10 degrees Centigrade

A crystal clear wine with brisk and sparkling color. An explosive aroma with nuances of fruit and flower flavors, and piquant tones of spices and herbs. Fresh well-balanced, fine taste of good length; well preserved fruitiness in the aftertaste and fascinating finish.

Enjoy with fluke fillet, goldfish, crab, turbot, rabbit fillet.

Character:

Brilliantly clear wine with a sparkling raspberry colour. A dense and zesty aroma, rich and stylish. The dominating cherry, raspberry, and Morello cherry nuances impress with freshness and vibrancy. The taste is soft, tender, finely subdued and with excellent texture. The wine has a long charming aftertaste wonderfully combined with the fruity touches prevailing in the aroma.

Serving Suggestion:

Enjoy with white fish with orange sauce.
